The ERIC Forum II Monitoring and Reporting platform is due for release soon. A training session has been set up by the developing company to ensure all ERICs have adequate training on how to properly manage it.

What is the platform

This platform will serve as a centralised online platform for monitoring and reporting data on ERICs, providing stakeholders — including the European Commission, ESFRI, and the wider community, —with streamlined access to up-to-date and consolidated information. The platform will be connected to the ESFRI MOS platform.

The upcoming training session

The meeting will take place on 17 April 2026. Participants may attend either in person at Bluedrop offices in Marseille, France, or remotely via video conference. Programme:

First Session | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (UTC+1) Training for Site Administrators
This session is intended for participants who will be responsible for managing the platform. It covers all content types, site structure, user management, and permissions.

Second Session | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (UTC+1) Training for Future Site Contributors – ERIC Members
This session is intended for ERIC members who will contribute to the platform. It focuses on editorial contributions and the management of ERIC organisation detail pages.

All sessions will be recorded for future reference; however, we highly encourage attendance since it will be an opportunity to test the platform and ask questions of the developers directly. The meeting is intended for ERICs only.
