Event Overview

 
The ERIC Forum will gather for its Annual Meeting on 12–13 November 2025 at the Club University Foundation in Brussels. The event will bring together ERICs, policymakers, and partners from across Europe to discuss and reflect on current and future priorities, exchange insights and advance the Forum’s strategic objectives.
 
The two-day meeting will feature discussions on key strategic and policy developments shaping the ERIC landscape, including a policy dialogue with leading institutional and political stakeholders on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) proposal. Key speakers include Jean-David Malo, Acting Director of DG RTD, and José Luis Martinez Peña, ESFRI Chair, together with representatives from various ERICs.
 
A key moment of the event will be the election of the new Chair and Vice-Chair of the ERIC Forum, who will guide the Forum’s work in the next term and drive its strategic agenda forward.
