The ERIC Forum Gender Equality Workshop

Organised by Work Package 9, this ‘train-the-trainer’ workshop will take place on September 26-27 at the EATRIS ERIC Headquarters (Amsterdam). Purpose of the meeting is to upskill Gender Equality officers across ERICs to integrate effective strategies and interventions into their respective workflows and cultures.
 
Modality: In-person lectures and interactive group work
 
Target audience: The workshop is meant for all ERIC Forum Gender Equality reference persons to improve our knowledge of gender equality to serve more effectively in our roles in our respective ERICs.

Trainer: Eva Eli Taxacher, Graz / Austria | facilitator, coach
Studied Sociology and International Gender Research and Feminist Politics. Coordinates the GenderWerkstätte (www.genderwerkstaette.at) for the association Frauenservice Graz. Several years of training and management experience in adult education and management. Course management and module leadership in courses on “Gender and Diversity Competencies for Scientists” at the Graz University of Technology, “Gender. Diversity. Intersectionality” at the GenderWerkstätte Graz (open for participants from diverse backgrounds). Active as a facilitator, presenter and consultant in the network university counselling (Netzwerk Hochschulberatung) since 2021. Current focus of work: Gender and diversity competences at universities and research institutes, presentation, facilitation and coaching (ÖAGG/ÖVS). More information: https://www.evataxacher.at
